You can be THE kind of speaker you want to be

This visual shows the three levels of speaking — Rookie, “Pretty Good”, and Natural — across voice, body, and words.
At the basic level, students tend to have flat delivery, little expression, and no clear structure.
At the middle level, students begin to use frameworks and some vocabulary but still play safe.
At the highest level, students show full vocal range, intentional expression, and strong use of language, making their communication clear and impactful.

It is important to understand that even strong speakers do not start at the top.
They progress from Rookie to “Pretty Good” before becoming Natural through practice and awareness.
Every student can reach this level with effort, practice, and continuous development.

This reminds students that speaking is not just about what you say, but how you say it and how you present yourself.

“Everyone starts somewhere. Improve step by step to become a natural speaker.”
